When I view the list of calls made to my phone word, why can't I see the caller’s full number?

If you have a telecommunications service with us, in Manage Account you can see a list of calls that have been made to your phone word.

The last 4 digits of the caller's number are not shown. For example, 0212345678 will appear as 021234xxxx.

This format is the industry standard format for interchange of billing data. It is a legal requirement intended to protect callers who may be telephoning from unpublished numbers. Our systems display the information exactly as we receive it from our network partners. Therefore we are unable to provide the last 4 digits of the calling number.
