Your new phone word or memorable number is as easy to set up as it is for your customers to remember. Calls are directed to your existing fixed line telephone service, so there’s no need to install costly additional lines.
If you promote your business solely within one state, you can choose a state-wide phone word and save. Or for just a little extra you can receive calls from anywhere in Australia.

Call plans
To receive calls on your phone word or memorable number, you also need to select a call plan. We offer two options, depending upon the number of calls you expect to receive:
Budget 1300/1800
- $34.95 included calls
Enterprise 1300/1800
- $64.95 included calls
If you select a 1300 or 1800 number, you must also subscribe to one of our call plans and remain connected for the duration of the agreement. We do not offer call plans for 13 numbers. If you select a 13 number, you may choose an alternative supplier for your calls.

No-nonsense billing
In addition to huge call inclusions, your 1300-DIAL-ME service includes these money saving features:
- Calls are charged per second, not in 30 second blocks, so you only pay for the time you actually use.
- No flagfall. That’s a nasty fee that many telephone companies charge on every call just for connecting it, regardless of the duration of the call. It can add up very quickly, especially if many of your calls are short.
- No minimum cost per call, so again, you only pay for what you use.

The not-so-small print
Subject to our Terms and Conditions of Service. Prices exclude GST. Minimum 36 month contract applies. Unused call allowances are not carried forward into the next billing period. Prices are indexed by 5% annually on the anniversary date of account establishment.
