  1. From a standard fixed line service. Calls to 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers from non fixed line services, such as mobile phones, may be charged at a higher rate.
  2. Where the caller is in the same call collection area as the answer point (the number receiving the call). Where the caller and answer point are in different call collection areas, the entire call will be charged at the timed rate.
  3. Calls from mobile phones may be charged to the receiver at a higher rate than calls from a standard fixed line service. You can choose whether or not to receive these calls.
