Can I download a list of my calls in Excel format?
Yes. To do this:
- Log in to Manage Account via the link at the top right of any page on our website.
- You will see a list of accounts that you hold with us. Click on the account number of the account that you wish to see.
- Next you will see a list of your services. Click on the View/export calls link next to the applicable service.
- Enter the date range of the calls that you wish to download.
- Click on Export to Excel.
A bug in Google's Chrome browser may prevent you from downloading the file successfully. If you experience this issue, please use another browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari.
