In response to customer feedback, we have made some improvements to Manage Account - the section of our website which gives you control of your account.
Manage Account has always provided a convenient way of viewing and printing your invoices. Now, the invoice listing also shows your past payments, so it will be easy for you to understand to which invoice a payment applies.
The listing will also show payments which are awaiting approval from our bank, such as direct debit payments which take several days to clear.
If you're unfamiliar with Manage Account, it's easy to get started. Just follow the Login link which appears at the top right of every page of our website. If you don't remember your password, follow the 'Don't know your password' link at the bottom of the login page for assistance.
In Manage Account, you can:
- View all your 1300-DIAL-ME services, and the status of those services.
- See a list of all your past invoices and payments.
- View and print your invoices.
- See any one-off charges and credits due to be applied to your next bill.
- Update your payment details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club cards. We also accept direct debit from most bank, building society and credit union accounts.
- Change your email address.
- Change your password.
