We’re always looking for new ways to provide a better service. Recently we’ve made quite a few improvements to Manage Account, the account self-service section of our website. Today we are pleased to announce our latest new feature.
One of the most requested features is the ability for customers to change the answer point of their service online. From today, you can conveniently do this from within Manage Account.
Requesting your call routing/answer point change via Manage Account saves your valuable time and also results in a much faster service. This is partly because you identify yourself by logging in, which means that we no longer need to request a written authority on your company letterhead. It also reduces our processing time, which means that we are able to complete your request sooner.

- See the details of your services
- Instantly obtain copies of your invoices
- Make payments
- Change your payment details
- View your recent calls
- Download a list of calls to your service in Excel format
- Change your contact email address
- Update your marketing preferences.
